We had many choices when it came to hiring a realtor to sell our home. We decided to give Carey a call because he sold two homes on our cul de sac in the previous 6 months so we knew he was a closer. Immediately when we reached out to him he was available and made us feel like we were his only client. We actually had two realtors before him visit our home and we gave them the opportunity to sell us on hiring them, but something was missing. From day one Carey had a game plan, a proven game plan that works time and time again. I was referred to Carey by a buddy of mine who had bought his home with Carey as his agent. I had him sell my Northridge condo and begin the search for my ideal home. This was no small task and we searched high and low for "my ideal" house. I say my ideal house because I needed a detached garage that I could work out of, large yard, separate living area for my mom and a nice home.

After months of searching we finally found what I was beginning to think was impossible to find a perfect house on Los Alimos in Granada Hills. Carey negotiated his rear end off and got us into the house at a price we were comfortable with and was about $15k less then listed with.
